One platform, whole operation

You did not start an HVAC company to fight spreadsheets, chat threads and paper job cards. Everything here works together, so a detail entered once follows the job all the way to payment.

Customers and equipment

Every account, site and unit with its full service history. When the hotel calls, you already know the machine.

Jobs and dispatch

The week's board at a glance. The right technician, the right parts, and no double bookings by accident.

Mobile field app

Check in, safety forms, photos and signatures from the technician's phone. Built for patchy network.

Quotes and invoices

From estimate to approval to receipt without retyping anything, in your currency and your tax names.

Parts and stock

Warehouse, vehicle and technician stock, reserved per job, so gas and spares stop disappearing.

Maintenance contracts

Visits generate themselves and renewals never slip past you. Steady income, kept promises.

From first call to closed job

Climaora follows the way HVAC service work actually happens, because it was designed with the people who do it. Every company chooses which stages apply to its own jobs.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

A call or web request becomes a classified job with the right priority. Nothing lives in someone's head.

  2. 2

    Inspection

The technician checks in, diagnoses and records readings and photos on their phone.

  3. 3

    Quote

Scope and materials become a quotation your customer approves without a second site visit.

  4. 4

    Work

Stock is reserved, the crew is dispatched with everything they need to finish first time.

  5. 5

    Sign off

Checklists, evidence photos and the customer's signature, captured on site, kept forever.

  6. 6

    Payment

Invoice, payment and receipt follow the work automatically. No chasing paperwork on Friday.

Built for the technician in the field

Your technicians live on their phones, in traffic, on rooftops and in plant rooms, not at desks. The whole job flow works from a small phone screen, even on a weak connection.

  • Offline drafts for critical forms, with the sync state always visible and no duplicate submissions.
  • Site access notes, equipment history and required parts on the job card before arrival.
  • Photos, readings, checklists and customer signatures captured on site, so nobody chases paperwork later.
  • Companies can require a completed safety assessment before work starts, with a full record of who approved it.

We are taking on 100 companies, then stopping for a while

This is a capacity decision rather than a marketing device, and it is worth explaining because it affects what you get.

Every company gets set up by a person

Your equipment registered properly, your roles matched to how you actually work, your documents carrying your own branding. That is a finite amount of attention and it does not stretch across a thousand customers.

The product is built from what you tell us

Nearly everything added this year came from a customer saying something was broken or missing. That only works while the number of customers is small enough for each one to be heard rather than counted.

Support is a person, not a queue

Report something from inside the product and it reaches somebody who can fix it, with the page you were on attached. We would rather keep that true than grow past it.

When we reach a hundred we will close new signups until the onboarding and the support have caught up. Companies already here keep their pricing. If that sounds like a reason to move sooner rather than later, it is, and we would rather be honest about why than invent a deadline.

Simple pricing, wherever you are

One monthly price per plan, everything your plan lists included. US dollars outside Nigeria, naira within it. No setup fees, no per-user surprises, and no card needed to start: every plan begins with a 14 day free trial.

Why simple pricing matters

  • Priced in your currency, not converted into it. Nigerian companies are billed in naira at a naira price, so the bill does not move when the exchange rate does. Everyone else is billed in US dollars. Neither price is a conversion of the other.
  • Bank transfer today, cards soon. You get an invoice with the bank details on it and your workspace opens the moment payment clears. Card payment is coming through Stripe; until it is live we say so rather than implying otherwise.
  • One system, one bill. Jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoices, stock, contracts and reports usually means three or four separate subscriptions, each charging per user per month. Here it is one price that already includes your team.
  • No setup fees, no lock-in. Field service platforms commonly charge onboarding fees and push annual contracts before you have seen a benefit. You start free, pay monthly, and yearly payment is a choice that earns you two months free, not a condition.
  • It pays for itself. What it replaces: the whiteboard, the spreadsheets, the missed callbacks and the invoices nobody chased. One recovered job or one properly chased invoice a month typically covers the subscription on its own.

Extra seats: ₦3,000 per office user and ₦6,000 per technician, per month. Prices exclude VAT. Full pricing and plan request

Made for how business works here

Software built elsewhere assumes perfect networks, one currency and someone else's tax system. Climaora is built in Lagos, for the companies keeping Accra's offices, Nairobi's server rooms and Johannesburg's malls cool, and it shows in the details.

  • Naira, Cedi, Shilling, Rand, Pound and CFA franc alongside international currencies, with your own tax names and rates — VAT at your country's rate, not someone else's.
  • Phone numbers, addresses and dates the way your customers actually write them, in your timezone.
  • Field tools that expect patchy network on the road and in basements, and keep working through it.
  • Multiple branches, warehouses and service territories when you grow across cities or borders.

The industry you are in, in numbers that name their source

Cooling is one of the fastest-growing uses of electricity on earth, and most of the equipment that will exist in 2050 has not been installed yet. Every figure below links to where it came from. We publish nothing we cannot point at.

5.6 billion

air conditioners in use by 2050

Up from about 1.6 billion in 2018. The IEA's projection, not a market forecast: it is what current ownership trends imply as incomes and temperatures rise.

IEA, 2018

around 3×

growth in cooling energy demand by 2050

The IEA projects energy demand from air conditioners roughly tripling by 2050 on current trends, needing new generating capacity comparable to the combined capacity of the United States, the European Union and Japan today.

IEA, 2018

9%

of world electricity goes to space cooling

The share of global final electricity consumption used for space cooling in 2022, in the IEA's Net Zero Roadmap. Cooling is one of the fastest-growing uses of electricity in buildings.

IEA Net Zero Roadmap

fewer than 1 in 3

households worldwide own an air conditioner

And of the 2.8 billion people living in the hottest parts of the world, the IEA found only about 8% owned one. The work this industry has ahead of it is mostly still unbuilt.

IEA, 2018

40,600

HVACR job openings a year, in the United States alone

Projected average annual openings for heating, air conditioning and refrigeration mechanics and installers over 2025–2035, with employment growing 11%, much faster than the average occupation. Most openings come from replacing people who leave the trade.

US Bureau of Labor Statistics

172 countries

committed to phasing down HFC refrigerants

Parties to the Kigali Amendment as at December 2025. It entered force on 1 January 2019 and sets binding phase-down schedules, which is why refrigerant records are becoming a compliance matter rather than a technical detail.

UNEP OzonAction

We deliberately publish no global market value in currency. The figures circulating vary enormously depending on what is counted, and most trace back to paywalled reports whose method cannot be checked. A number you cannot verify is a number we will not repeat. The longer version, with the sources.

We know what you are up against

Running an HVAC company means fighting more than heat. These are the problems every operator knows by heart, wherever they work, and what Climaora does about each one. Some of them bite harder in markets with unreliable power and long parts lead times, which is where this product grew up.

The heat never takes a day off

When it is 38 degrees in Kano or humid season hits Douala, a downed chiller is an emergency, not a ticket in a queue.

With Climaora: Emergency priority jumps the queue, the nearest qualified technician gets dispatched, and the customer knows someone is coming.

Power that comes and goes

Grid, generator, inverter, back to grid. Voltage swings quietly kill compressors, and nobody can prove what happened.

With Climaora: Every unit's full service history and readings live on its record, so patterns show up before the third failure, and the evidence is there for warranty conversations.

Dust, salt air and harmattan

Filters choke in weeks, coastal units corrode, and by the time the customer calls it is a replacement, not a clean.

With Climaora: Maintenance contracts generate their own visit schedule, so preventive work actually happens instead of living in someone's notebook.

Traffic between jobs

A technician can lose half a day between Ikeja and the Island, or crossing Nairobi at the wrong hour.

With Climaora: Territories keep each team's work in their own patch, and the schedule board shows the whole week so trips get planned, not improvised.

Parts that vanish

Gas cylinders, capacitors and copper have a way of disappearing between the store, the van and the site.

With Climaora: Stock is tracked per warehouse, per vehicle and per job, so what was used is what was billed.

Money stuck on paper

The job is done, the invoice is in a notebook, and the follow up call never happens. Meanwhile salaries are due.

With Climaora: Invoice, payment and receipt follow the signed job automatically, and unpaid work is visible instead of forgotten.

Your business records, treated like they matter

Years of customer relationships, signed job records and payment history live in this system. We built the protection first and the features on top — not the other way round.

Encrypted in transit

Every connection to Climaora runs over HTTPS. Nobody reads your traffic on the way.

Company data isolation

Your records are strictly separated from every other company's, and that isolation is tested on every single release.

Two factor sign in

Every account can turn on authenticator based two factor login. Administrators must.

Backed up and restorable

Automated backups with tested restore procedures, down to a single company or a single user.

Everything audited

Who did what and when, on every important action. Signed work and payments are never silently changed.

Server side permissions

What each role can see and do is enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the screen.

These are engineering practices we hold ourselves to on every release, not purchased logos. Ask us anything about how your data is handled through the form below.

Questions, answered

Who is Climaora for?

Air conditioning contractors, refrigeration companies, climate control specialists and facilities teams. It fits a three person shop in Ibadan and a multi branch operation across three countries.

What does early access mean?

Climaora is in active development and new capabilities ship every week. Early access companies get priority onboarding, direct input into what we build first, and hands on help moving off spreadsheets and paper.

Will it work on my technicians' phones?

Yes. The whole technician flow is designed for a phone screen first, and critical forms keep working when the network drops, syncing safely when it returns.

Does it handle my currency and taxes?

Whether you invoice in Lagos, Accra, Nairobi, Cairo, Abidjan or Johannesburg: Naira, Cedi, Shilling, Pound, CFA franc, Rand and international currencies, your own tax names and rates, your timezone and date format. Built Africa first, ready for the world.

Tell us about your business

Every HVAC company runs differently, so we quote each one properly instead of publishing one-size-fits-nobody prices. Tell us how you work: how many technicians, which cities, what hurts most today. We will come back with a plan and a tailored quote.

We reply by email. No newsletters, no sharing your details with anyone.
